Anapanasati Customized Retreat

This will be the second custom designed Anapanasati retreat for a small, invitation-only group at Kevala Retreat. Participants have a commitment to practicing according to the Anapanasati Sutta (MN 118) with guidance from Ajahn Buddhadasa and no reliance on Visuddhimagga beliefs. The make up of the group allows for in-depth, personalized instruction. Organization is by the participants themselves. This is evolving into a model that Kevala Retreat will explore further in 2019 & 2020.
